   * share the relevant data with your center for use in the centers data systems in order to keep the information in the systems current.
   * Put your ORCID into your email signature as part of your contact details

   * keep the PIDInst related metadata of your instruments current.
   * Keep a written record of the PIDInst on every instrument, where possible

   * keep record of the PIDInst, IGSN and other reloated identifiers with the measurements
