BIONDA is a freely accessible biomarker database, which was generated in the course of a project at the Medical Proteome Center at the Ruhr-University Bochum by the Medical Bioinformatics Group. The Medical Bioninformatics group is part of the Service center BioInfra.Prot 2 and belongs to the German network for bioinformatic infrastructure (de.NBI).
