The set contains the identifier, the date of deletion and the reason for deletion This allows providing information on a document’s landing page via the OAI interface that the document in question did in fact exist and has been deleted (see also Minimum Requirement M.A.2-4 - OAI-PMH: extended requirements, appendix A.2).
