Text

Information on the conditions under which a document may be used by third parties is stored with each published document. Machine-readable information is in particular provided via the OAI interface. Additionally, machine-readable information on the rights situation is provided via the web frontend, e.g. as meta-tags in the HTML header or RDFa elements in the HTML body. Standardized URLs are used to mark the legal provisions. For do-cuments under a free license, the resp. license’s URL is listed in the OAI metadata. For other documents, URLs of the RightsStatements vocabulary are used.
