Full Text: The persistent identifier (see guideline #2) and available content negotiation options (see guideline #9) may be provided in a HTTP link header. This facilitates discovery of content nego- tiation options and makes it easier to fetch the identifier from large landing pages, as only a HTTP head request is needed).
